How do I make it stick?

Moving People. Always.

My change management  background is with large scale HRIT projects, taking care of the end-user side of software implementations such as Workday and SAP-based systems. My current interest and focus is more on future ways of working (including new office concepts), innovation and culture change. The combination with my coaching practice is exciting and extremely beneficial – always finding ways for employees to directly take responsibility.

Change principles at the heart of my work:

LISTEN

Getting intimate with pain points.

Getting intimate with pain points

Listening to identify the enablers and blockers at the start. Listening along the way to adapt.

INVOLVE

Buy-in through co-creation.

Instead of sitting on my concepts too long, I prefer having people in the room any time. User groups and a change network are vital to my work.

TEST

Make it fast, then better

You can choose to apply off-the-shelf solutions or make the perfect deliverable. Only it might not work with your audience and you don’t know before you try.
