Coaching

You don’t need a coach. If you put your mind to wanting to change things, chances are high that you start moving. But as with a personal trainer, the process is faster, more motivating and probably also fun with a coach. A good coach helps you see the things you can’t, helps you find clarity where you are in the fog and says uncomfortable things not even your loved ones dare to say. A coach holds you accountable to being in your zone of genius.

You are my ideal client if you are an explorer. Corporate career or with a desire to be your own boss, highly ambitious, extremely versatile and with the badass factor. Traditional in manners, non-traditional in mindset. You like a good game and freedom is one of your top values.

For companies who wish to enrol one of their leaders or future leaders. Coaching engagements typically last 6-months. Client sessions are complemented with a development plan for the coachee, manager- and HR check-in’s. I provide an additional 360 assessment and shadow coaching based on request.
