Hire and advance more women – Proven tools for companies and individuals

Together with Jenifer Clausell Tormos from Develop Diverse we have created a signature workshop on female career advancement. Why? Usually we either make companies responsible for a non-effective diversity approach or women for not stepping up enough. If we want to hire and advance more women, it’s a shared responsibility. Shared responsibility means addressing self-bias and unconscious bias holistically.

Expect a fun workshop packed with interactions, research and live coaching. Bonus: We will demo the DD-scan tool, an AI-based software that enables removing unconscious bias from job descriptions.

Visibility – Good work, seen.

For many, visibility is a pain point. It’s crucial for career advancement, but how do you actually make sure your peers, bosses and key stakeholders know about your good work?

Should you cc extensively? Or send report outs? And how do you find the right balance between showcasing a legit contribution and oversharing?

  • Learn strategies on how to showcase your achievements without bragging loudly

  • Build a presence that has you noticed beyond words

  • Know what channels are available to you beyond e-mail

  • Leave with specific, small steps that you can implement immediately

Networking 2.0 – feel & formula

Everyone would like to ace networking and there is a ton of advice out there on how to do it right. So what can we possibly teach you that you don’t already know?

In this workshop, Angela and Kendra Bannister, Head of Hardware at Airtame, will marry strategic networking with intuition and presence. What we call ‘feel and formula’.

We intend to mess a little with what you know about networking: The person with the highest rank in the room is probably the person you should talk to least. We will tell you why. And instead of telling you it’s all a matter of practice, we will provide actual coaching on how to overcome the barriers of networking. Introvert? Awkward silence? Bring your own struggles.
